Bouncedown is a two player card game based on Australian Rules Football. Each team has a selection of cards which represent their teams players. Play a match from the starter teams provided or use the advanced rules to build your own team. Do you want an even spread of talent, or a few superstars supported by some lesser lights?
During each turn the coach can select key players from their team to influence the match. Based upon these decisions your team will adopt certain offensive and defensive play styles. When you have the ball will your team kick the ball long or use short passes? Is it better to run the ball aggressively or use hand ball to expose the defence? Defensively will you set up a zone or a press? Perhaps flooding back is the best option. If all else fails a man on man defence might be the best option. The choice is yours.
Bouncedown can be played in just half an hour or if the coaches wish, advanced rules can be used to play a longer game. Regardless once the siren sounds the team with the highest score wins.
